At Wandering with Words, we want you to be happy with your purchase. As we sell pre-loved books, all sales are final, but we do offer refunds or replacements in specific cases. Please read our refund policy below.

1. Refund Eligibility

We only offer refunds or replacements if:
📌 The book arrives damaged beyond normal second-hand wear (e.g., missing pages, severe water damage).
📌 You receive the wrong book that does not match your order.

Minor cosmetic imperfections, such as creased spines, slightly worn pages, or previous owner markings, are not considered faults as they are expected with second-hand books.

2. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund or replacement, please:

2️⃣ Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
3️⃣ We will review your request and respond within 5 working days.

If approved, we will offer either:
✅ A replacement book (subject to availability).
✅ A refund to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.

3. Subscription Refunds

📌 Ongoing Subscriptions: You can cancel at any time, but refunds are not issued for partially used subscription periods.
📌 Incorrect Subscription Book: If you receive the wrong book, contact us, and we will arrange a replacement.

4. Returns & Shipping Costs

  • Returns are not required for refund claims unless specifically requested.

  • If we request a return, the cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was sent in error.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
