Shipping Policy

At Wandering with Words, we aim to get your books to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Processing & Dispatch Times

📦 Orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days from the date of purchase.
📦 We currently ship within the UK only.
📦 You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

🚚 Standard Shipping – Sent via Royal Mail or an equivalent courier, typically arriving within 2-5 working days after dispatch.
🚚 Shipping Costs – The cost will be calculated at checkout.

3. Delays & Lost Parcels

🔹 While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays can sometimes occur due to postal service disruptions or high order volumes.
🔹 If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, please contact us at wanderingwithwordsuk@gmail.com, and we will investigate.

4. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

📍 Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
📍 If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage fees may apply for redelivery.

5. Returns & Exchanges

As we sell pre-loved books, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged. If there is an issue with your order, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist.
